In addition to your Bronze Specialist certificate, You can also apply for our Gold Specialist certificate by meeting the following criteria:

- Personally travelled in one of our RV’s in North America in the last 5 years, either as part of a fam trip or your personal holidays.
- Made a Cruise America or Cruise Canada booking in the last 12 months.

By highlighting this to your customers and colleagues, you can really show them that you are truly an expert in this field having completed the online training AND had real world experience of travelling and camping in North America. Please contact us directly at
